So, this is post number 1. I'm not really sure why I decided to do this today. I have a thesis due on April 8th and no time to really write it. Yet here I am. I don't think anyone will read this. I didn't really have too many ideas on what to make a blog on. I thought maybe I could bitch and moan about my stupid sitcom life. Or maybe I'll write about the methodology I've worked on for HPLC. Perhaps I'll talk about the fact that my face will never be able to house anything greater than the pathetic teenage mustache.
Anyways, I guess I came to a simple conclusion. I think we're going to have ourselves yet another cooking blog on our hands. Only thing - I come up with some ridiculous crap. And unlike the other guys that post some amazing food, I won't be just posting my success stories, but also my epic failures. I do have my good days from time to time, but I do screw up a lot and come up with really bad recipes all the time. Don't worry, every recipe will be personally tasted by me and I will warn you before each and every single one.
Oh, and full credits to William Oellers, who drew the Don Quixote I used for my title banner. Took me a while to figure out where the picture actually came from, but I eventually found him. I feel that credit should always be given where it's due, and he deserves it.
